My complaint:
I ordered at 10:20am, I am isolating so I ordered £15.47 of groceries (After having applied the £10 off when you spend over £20). My order didn’t arrive until 12:20pm! In this time I called and checked on my order to see only 3 of the items were being sent to me, the 3 items I only ordered to take the total over the £20.
The customer service representative was not very helpful, he just kept telling me they would only charge me for the items I was getting. This meant I didn’t get my discount code, I also have the 3 items I didn’t really want, as appose to dinner. And I now have no trust in ordering from Uber Eats ever again since waiting 2 hours for not even half my order is ridiculous.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund and compensation voucher.
