My complaint:
I ordered food on the evening of 20122002 and althrough the food was on time the pin you sent to my phone was incorrect and the driver would not let me have the food until he called his office, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes they finally allowed him to hand the food over but because we were standing outside in the freezing cold the food was cold and inedible so was binned. I expect to be reimbursed the amount i paid. Also the order was cancelled but not by me but by the office trying to sort out the problem.
