My complaint:
I was automatically sent to Uber when I tried to order Swiss Chalet which made me think I had no choice
I tipped the driver on my Visa
The driver only gave me one bag with no receipt attached when I got upstairs I realized there was a bag missing, the driver either didn’t bring it from the restaurant or left it in his car. The receipt including his name and phone number was gone from my screen. It took me an hour to find a human to speak to, the manager of Swiss Chalet who took no responsibility and gave me Ubers phone number which wasn’t answered
Suggested solution:
Give me a refund for the order
