My complaint:
my name is Josh I’m a uber eats driver and when I called Uber support because my phone messing up and taking a pitcher of my soon-to-be wife I called Uber support to get my account unblocked and they told me we can’t do it because they saw it as fraud and it was not fraud it was a misstep with the phone and they told us a different story every time and they told us would be unlocked and back on so we can make money in 48 hours and still blocked and we called again and try to fix it but he started yelling at us so I need this fixed asap so I can do my delivery again
Suggested solution:
getting my account back up so I can do my delivers and the one that yelled at me have her lose her job
