Uber Eats complaint: I haven’t got my delivery fare

My complaint:

Hello i am a ubereats driver. I have picked one order from mcdonald’s leytonstone E11 and delivered it to 130 Gosport road e17. I did this order on 10092022 between 23:00 and 00:30.
And my fare was £6.37. But i haven’t received my fare yet. When i contact customer service they said they have paid me 5.96 for this already but when i checked my earnings that 5.96 is for another order not for this one. I have send them screenshots as well as a proof but they still denied and didn’t pay me. I am attaching the screenshot of the order that is missing and unpaid.
