My complaint:
Me and my partner ordered from monicas fish bar and i was enjoying my meal until i found a grey hair in my food, now me and my partner have dark hair and dont own any animals so we dont have anywhere else this could have came from. This hair has came from either someone who works there or the driver, i brought it up to uber eats and they said there was going to be no refund and as working in a food business myself, i know this is a health and safety risk and will always but my customers first and make sure they have a lovely meal and enjoy their experience, this is not the way uber eats handled the situation and did not want to look into this incident further, which is disgusting to me. Im not satisfied and am once again disappointed by uber eats and will no longer be ordering from there.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund with credit added to my account as i no longer could enjoy my meal and feel sick by not only the hair but by the way they care for their customers
