My complaint:
I had ordered from blue hills midrand McDonald’s
3 Meals and was supposed to get a go chilli burger free. I received my order with only 3 burger meals and the cool drink was messed through the cardboard box and half coke was empty from the cups because of it falling.There was no straws that came with the cool drinks. How are we supposed to drink? I am totally disappointed with Uber eats and McDonald’s. I did not even get the free meal.
Suggested solution:
They should firstly apologize for they mistake and replace me with vouchers as we didn't get what we wanted at all. If I am not helped I will go to the board and complain as I never had a problem with Mr Delivery but I am having problems with Uber eats.
