Uber Eats complaint: Order not received

My complaint:

I ordered food via the UberEats app. The delivery driver could not find the address, therefore he called me and I tried giving him directions over the phone. However he could not understand English and he did not understand my indications. 20 minutes later I received a message that my order was cancelled with no refund, UberEats claiming that the driver tried to contact me with no luck and he waited outside my property for 35 minutes (for some weird reason – why not just knock on the door?)

I contacted UberEats to get clarification, but it is impossible to sense with them, although I have proof of that I spoke with delivery driver for 5 minutes.

I ordered food via UberEats several times, never had problems with the delivery. This is a first.
