My complaint:
I had ordered food through Uber Eats. Delivery got cancelled in the last minute with no sent. I found out only by going to app again. Till date no credit given back, contacted Uber Eats several times. Each time I get same ridiculous machine generated message.
Suggested solution:
Give credit double the amount of order, one for cancelling the order in the last minute and other for failing to give credit for the order never fullfilled.
