My complaint:
I’m angry. . . I ordered early for 7:45 to 8 PM delivery, and here i am STILL waiting for delivery at 8:40 PM. My daughter, who needs to go to bed, is sitting here waiting. Why? I did this EARLY?!!
Suggested solution:
Refund the cost of my dinner that we are STILL waiting on.
