My complaint:
Only after ordering the meal and googling ‘Why discount code for uber eats was not applied’ did I find out that you have to enter the promo code before ordering online. What difference does it make? If I purchase items from any retail organisation, I get the choice when I enter the code. It’s a scam and if Uber Eats does not credit my account by tomorrow I sahll be closing my account and shall not recommend your service to anyone (in fact to the contrary, I will warn people away from your service).
Suggested solution:
Apply the credit (40% of £40) retrospectively to gain customer loyaltyconfidence back.
