My complaint:
I made an order on April 12 and ordered 6 pack cookies. The cookies were baked all the way and I felt really nauseous. When I contacted them on the phone and on the app they told me “food temperature doesn’t qualify for any type of refunds at all even if u go to the hospital”. I sent them pictures of the food and of me at the hospital but Al I got was “were still going to deny your request but we hope you feel better”.
