My complaint:
Uber eats used to be pleasurable to work for but seems now they are purposely sending low paying orders and dropping the drivers ratings so they don’t have to pay for their college education. I am two classes away from graduation and all of a sudden my rating drops beneath the threshold of 95%?? It has always been 98-100 % ever sense before Covid and throughout the pandemic and now the orders sent to me are horrible as well . $5 for 10-15 mile runs. Who is stupid enough to do that?? If you being outdoors and you finishing your education depends solely on popularity then we are doomed. We rely on tips?? Omgggg. These ungrateful )$@@)(; out here need to pick up their own food instead of further abusing the drivers. Nuff said!
Suggested solution:
Resolve this complaint by allowing the driver better pay and eliminate the satisfaction rating!!! It’s absurd
