My complaint:
I had a delivery of food from McDonald’s, queens Road Sheffield. The drinks were just in a bag not in a holder which spilled inside and wet the food for which my family could not eat , spoke to driver he said nothing to do with him and make a complaint. I rang McDonald’s and they said complain to you
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a full refund as we had to throw the food away
