My complaint:
I canceled an order 4 minutes after placing the order because a menu item was not available. Uber charged me for the order maxing out a gift card I had THEN charged my business AEx for the overage on the next order! In my app the order even says canceled. There IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE to call. I will NEVER USE UBER EATS AGAIN and want a full refund on my uber eats gift card and my business AEx for an order I NEVER RECEIVED
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me for the food order that was canceled in 4 minute window of placing order and reimburse my business AEx that they had no right to charge their mistake to.
