My complaint:
Upon arrival we were expecting a transfer taxi to the hotel.
After a two hour flight delay we were tired and more than ready to get to our beds with tow small children in tow.
There was no transfer or person at arrivals waiting for us. We waited another 30 mins then decided to pay ourselves to get to the hotel costing us £80.00
At the hotel we were also told there was no porter so we had to carry two tired children and our luggage quite a distance to the room.
Another issue arrived a few saying into the trip where we needed a doctor at 5am we called reception and they said you’d have to get a taxi to the hospital despite the website saying their was a 24/7 doctor available.
Amount other smaller issues not filling tea/coffe and water in the room and refusing to blend an iced coffee and little to no evening entertainment the resort was decent. But we won’t travel with TUI again as it’s now the 3rd time they have misrepresented their hotels
Suggested solution:
An reasonable resolution now as it’s the end of our holiday and nobody has been in touch about our first issue regarding the transfer… I would accept some form of compensation
