My complaint:
Ants in 4 month old daughter cot, asked on multiple occasions for this to be resolved and nothing was done to rectify this issue. Offered £200 refund but feel this isn’t appropriate considering the amount our holiday cost and we were unable to have a clean satisfied sleep or relax how to expect on holiday
