My complaint:
I have tried over 8 times to write a review about a company I’ve had dealings with on 3 separate occasions. The company in question, flagged my reviews as fake, which promoted Trustpilot to request evidence of my interactions with this company, which I provided, on 4 occasions, email evidence. I have over 200 emails between myself and this company, so sent them a small section; either way, they were evidence of my interactions and clearly identified my reviews as genuine. My trustpilot account has since been blocked, I’m no longer to write any reviews, as they are siting I breached their guidelines, by writing fake reviews, even though the evidence I emailed, clearly showed otherwise. I simply want to write a review about this company, who over the past few months have caused me great distress, both emotionally and financially. Consumers need to be made aware of the deceitful practices of this company; Trustpilot is clearly biased, as they do not have the consumer’s interest in mind, only that of their paying subscribers.
Suggested solution:
I would like my account unblocked and be allowed to write my honest review.
