My complaint:
I have been reviewing online casinos on Trustpilot and when I review a certain company they immediately take it down and send me an email saying their software detected a fake review. For one I am verified on their site. Then two the ones they take down I either have the proof that I had the experience at the company but recently I’ve been waiting for over a month and a half for withdrawals from two companies. I wrote my reviews and then received responses from that company acknowledging my review and even stating my name in the response. They still take it down and say it’s a fake review. I then send in the correct documentation showing I had this experience but am still sent an email saying even though I’ve submitted the correct documents they are still taking it down. There are more reviews they do the same thing to and it’s the companies that respond right away so are either in touch with Trustpilot or are looking for reviews 24/7. These two in particular are owned by the same people so it says it all about them. The companies that don’t respond they leave the bad reviews on. Then if you go and look at certain companies and see that they have 10 all 1 star reviews but still get a 3.6 on Trustpilot. They shouldn’t be allowed to continue if the consumer or customers want to get an idea about a company they are getting false ratings to go by. I don’t know where else to go to push this issue but I’m tired of them doing what they want when they state they are unbiased. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
By being honest and not saying they are biased when they are not. By putting the two reviews about the companies that responded to me and acknowledged that I did have the experience I wrote about so people who want to use the sites i reviewed will know what is going on with the companies before using the sites.
