My complaint:
I left a review on a company called Hermes, on their reviews platform.
My review was full of praise and compliment on the excellent service l received from them, on the delivery of my parcel and the nice delivery driver.
Word for word honest comments on a great service which deserved praise !
Yet Trust pilot removed my review, as they flagged it as being fake and lack of integrity.
I am shocked, angry and distressed that they would accuse me of writing a fake review.
Suggested solution:
I want a personal communication from them, giving me their reasons why they have accused me of writing a fake review as they explain it !
Don't want a computer generated answer at the end of the review like they have already done ( from Hayley )
Using the word fake about my review, when all l did was be honest about my experience so other people could read the review, is defamation of my character !!
