My complaint:
I posted a positive review for a dental office after receiving new teeth. My account was suspended and all my reviews taken down. I contacted them and they replied that if I give them receipts and other supporting documents that they would reinstate. I sent what they asked for and they still decided to suspended my account. I am extremely hurt by this and I need an explanation as to what exactly I can do to resolve the issue.
Suggested solution:
I would like an apology and my account reinstated.
