My complaint:
Hello dear Officer. On my understanding Trustpilot means I can TRUST Trustpilot. I am buying a lot from NZ Sale company and always a lot problems too. NZ sale company have very bad customer service. When I do not received some of my purchase I start to talk with customer service. And here starting problems. They saying me false information and then just ignore my requests. Then I must to talk with NZ sale team on Trustpilot site. This is only chance to get my money back. Its really help for me. Without Trustpilot i can’t get my money back. Each word what I said its true and honest. 2 days ago I got an email from Trustpilot that they have blocked my Account because at least one my review like a spam. ????? What this means … Trustpilot have blocked me without even talk with me. Its unprofessional guys. Before make this decision You can at least ask me and talk with me. I still don’t sure why You have blocked me. How I can TRUST Trustpilot now??? Its look like Trustpilot support NZ Sale…took all me reviews about NZ Sale company…Trustpilot is it corruption???? Very disappointed and don’t sure what to do. Have sent 2 emails to Trustpilot team with explaining and asking back all my reviews and give me exit to my Account. No answer yet. Very sad that this serious decision Trustpilot made without me:-(
