My complaint:
hello today I ordered two sandwiches 2 smoothies.
I waited approximately 7 mins for my smoothie 15-20 minutes for my sandwich.
Today I experienced a customer walk out with my order after the 15-20 mins that i waited.
i made a complaint to the employee and all they said is my food will be done in a few minutes.
I never had an ISSUE with tropical smoothie until today.
I feel that the employee should ask the customer what they order before handing out the order.
Suggested solution:
