My complaint:
I took my daughter and granddaughter for lunch today. It was 1:45- not busy 4 customers. The manager came out and said if we wanted food , We had to go online because she was too busy to take our order, I said I did not have my phone with me and was not in a hurry. She said no orders .
The only other person came out and quietly told us she would help but it would be a couple of minutes. We told her no problem. Five other customers turned away rather than order on line.
I spent almost 40 dollars and felt embarrassed by the manager’s behavior.
Suggested solution:
Let the manager know the behavior is unacceptable.
