My complaint:
Multiple people can vouch for this that the Franchiser at this Location sucks and it is bad. First, off one person who worked there for 2 weeks has never gotten payed and they never ended up getting payed. So basically they did free labor for working there. Also for having an underage kid close alone on their 2nd day of working there. Call it an experience. Also there is another employer who also quit and worked there for almost 3 weeks. She had family stuff going on and she had other responsibilities to do with her family. She had to give a last-minute notice that she will not be able to work at Tropical Smoothie Cafe anymore. Because it was a lot on her plate with family stuff and other responsibilities going on in their life. But when she let the franchise Jesse Zogleman know he said he didn’t understand. And that he needed a two week notice. What is there not to understand that somebody is going through something with family in the unfortunately won’t be able to work anymore. Yes giving a two week notice is a respectful thing to do but when stuff is going on in your life you can’t give a two week notice because things can change at an instant. Also, this is not the only issue with this employee. She also had complained that the franchise or promised that she would be paid $10 an hour. But instead in her paystub, she said that she got paid $7.50 an hour. Which is a whole lot different than $10. there are other employees that have experience a terrible experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe do to its franchisor. Also, one more thing at this location, they live under age minors, who are under the age of 15 close alone and it’s illegal for a minor under the age of 15 to work after 11:30pm. But at this location. They do not care about that.

Fire the franchiser and get HR involved for free labor and not paying there employees correctly
