My complaint:

The last few times I have been in this store I have gotten food that I know the person that made it would not have eaten it is absolutely ridiculous there is never a manager there or in their other store in Stuart today the sandwich I ordered had bacon on it that was actually ashy black, the one half slice of tomato was obviously from the top because it was cut out in a hole in the center and it was yellow not red the bread was crushed and also black on the top, my friend actually brought it to me since he was in town and I live several miles out of town when I received it I called I told the girl I want this replaced this is the third or fourth time I have purchased a sandwich and a smoothie to the tune of $16 and threw it in the garbage, she asked for my name I gave it to her I said what is your name she said very sarcastically I don’t have to give you my name okay so when I go in and say you’re supposed to replace my sandwich who am I supposed to say they can check with ? Beware name tags so what is the big deal to tell me what her name is so that when I go back in I don’t have a bunch of grief from them ? There is no adult on the premises it is a bunch of kids with a bunch of middle school kids hanging out inside harassing people using horrible language in front of little children the place is out of control, what do you expect with no management and putting a bunch of 10th and 11th grade kids running a business ? Furthermore if you have what you call a shift leader they should be responsible enough to say oh geez we’re really sorry we’re going to replace that for you here’s my name no she did nothing but make it worse by making it adversarial I am going to post on every single social platform that I belong to and until somebody in authority calls me and makes this right I’m going to continue to do it I am not going to spend my money on food I throw in the garbage and then be treated horribly by some smart ass teenager when I complain about it. I didn’t call the first two or three times but you know what enough is enough since I’m about $50 worth of food I threw in the trash so a little respect for a customer needs to be taught and putting out the stuff they are putting out is disgraceful they should be embarrassed not angered when somebody calls them out on it. And yes employees that are going to replace your food need to give their name so you know when you go in there you’re not going to have to argue it out again and retell the whole story

Suggested solution:

The owner needs to contact me and he needs to get a handle on his business. The little smart alec girl on the phone does not deserve any type of leadership role when you have a leader like that it's no wonder you're putting out junk
