My complaint:
I received a gift card for Christmas. I go to use the card and it said card not found. I go check online and there is a $25 balance. I have called for well over a month. I was always told someone would call me back but never did. A couple of calls back the person asked for the card number to look into it. The very last time I called I was told that was not the office that would call me back.She said they were backed up and couldn’t give me a time or date. I checked the balance once again and the card is not found. I was sick of the lies so I told them not to even worry about it cause I would never be back.
Suggested solution:
See why my card had a balance, but since I gave her the card number it can no longer be found. It should have been taken care of a month ago. Credit me back my $25
