My complaint:
My mother went into this facility and came out very upset. This is what happen and if you have cameras as the manager said to my mom please look at them this occurred on 123122 around 12:45pm at the 5 mile store in Livonia Mi
The so called manager here has the nastiest attitude. She needs to be fired or more training. She has no customer skills at all and a Nasty attitude, whoever hire her had to be desperate or she was wearing a mask. I placed an order an it came up to $7.09 with the coupon. I gave her $10 and was getting the change, I poured the change out my purse. So it was on the counter. As I gathered the change she rung up the bill. I handed her the change she said I ring it up and I can’t take the change now. I said you saw me getting it out. I said you rather give me 97 cents rather than take my 7 cents she said I already rung it up. I shook my head and we had a disagreement. She told her staff not to make my ordered and they were looking like wtf. I said well you don’t have to make it they can . She said they not making SHIT I’m the Manager.I asked for a refund she said you will have to get it from my manager and proceeded to write a number down I said you must be insane your going to give me what I gave you. She said In front of her staff and myself to GET THE FUCK OUT HER STORE. During the conversation she said the store was being monitored I said good now they can see just how ignorant and unprofessional you are she then said, FUCK YOU I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT MY STORE. She finally gave me my money. Since the store is being monitored I’m sure they heard and saw the entire incident. This is not to say that I will stop going to Tropical Smoothie, I will never go to that particular store.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be remanded and more management training
