My complaint:
my e-mail address is being used by trip.com customer, I reported the issue a month ago without response. lately, I have receive another booking email, and report the issue again. and it is not being responsed neither.
The issue had been reported to
ia_rsv@trip.com, service@trip.com, and privacy@trip.com
no response is received.
Suggested solution:
contact their customer to correct his own information.
