I CAN’T DESCRIBE NOW HOW ANGRY I AM AT THE MOMENT. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH CHECK IN, I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE YESTERDAY AND I SPOKE WITH ROSE, WHO HAS COMPLETELY NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HER JOB. I TOLD HER I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CHECK IN AND SHE SAID GO TO THE SELF KIOSK CHECK IN AT THE KUTAISI AIRPORT. I ASKED HER ARE YOU SURE THERE IS A KIOSK. SHE SAID YES. AND IT’S CLEARLY NOT. FOR WIZZAIR TO HELP ME I NEED SPECIAL EMAIL YOUR COMPANY USE WHEN YOU BOOK A TICKET. SHE SAID I CAN’T HAVE IT. NO COMPASSION AT ALL. I HAD TO OAY FOR CHECK IN FOR CLEARNY NOT OUT OF MY FAULT. I WANT A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALL PROVES ATTACHED. WHAT IF I WOULDN’T HAVE ANY MONEY WITH ME. I WILL NEVER MAKE A BOOKING WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE NOT TO BOOK WITH YOU!!!!!!! I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND YOU CAUSE ME LOTS OF STRESS!!!!! YOU HAVE ALL PROVES IN THE CHAT THAT I WAS CLEARLY TRYING TO GET HELO FROM YOU AND YOU REFUSED TO HELP ME!!!!!!!
