My complaint:
I booked hotel accommodation in Bali for June 2023 not realising it was in US dollars, (I am Australian) when I realised within 15 mins of making the booking I cancelled the booking. I emailed Travelup to provide a refund, and was told they dont issue refunds. Fifteen minutes after making this booking I cancelled it, clearly a mistake.

obtain a refund please
