My complaint:
I made a booking for a flight and cancelled in less than 12 hours travel up are are changing me 120 per person to cancel the flight when clearly says it’s 75 admin charge. There also saying it will take 5 to 6 weeks for the airline to refund I’ve been intouch with the airline directly they have said because it was canceles less then 24 hours after us what booked full refund as been made and should only take 2 to 3 working days so travel up is planning to wothhpld my money and also charging me outrageous amount which is wrong

I would like the money I’m owed in full I except the 75 pound admin charge but 120 per person is wrong and 30 pound cancellation charge I spoke with the airline they lane a full refund to travel up as it was cancelled less than 24 hours of booking
