My complaint:
I booked for me,my husband and two children 5 and 1. My husband can’t travel I paid extra for flexible tickets. They won’t allow his ticket to be refunded or moved without paying triple the amount of the original ticket.
Then they are now saying the one year old is attatched to his booking and my one year old now can’t travel with me even though it’s all on one booking they are refusing to add him onto my seat.
Suggested solution:
Change my sons ticket onto mine and allow him to travel.
