My complaint:
I am writing about my booking at Travelodge Chichester Central on the 30/8/23 for 1NT arr .for 31/8/23
I have booked a hotel on the 30/8/23 @19.00 for the next day for 2 adults and 1 child. after I had booked and paid £189.49 unfortunately after I had booked it, my husband booked another hotel I called if I could cancel it .exactly after I had booked only 6 minutes passed. I called at @19.06 to cancel I was told it was impossible. the customer I spoke to advised me that he would escalate it to the manager and they would get back to me.
I have waited patiently and no one called to resolve it.
I appreciate you could look into it and advise when the payment will be processed.
