My complaint:
My partner stopped at Leicester central travel lodge. His bed was infested with bed bugs. The bites have turned nasty and are now blistering. He went to the gp today as his hand and ear started to swell. He now has a nasty skin infection.
He stayed there on the 21st august 2023. It is now September 6th and he is still suffering
Suggested solution:
By personal injury compensation and actually taking the time to ring us about it. Mark has had two weeks off work with no pay and is still suffering from the bites and skin infection.
