My complaint:
My room had a bath which I was pleased to see I ran bath friend used it could not remove plug that was off its chain so unfortunately I could not bath or shower has plug was stuck fast could not empty dirty water 🥴I tried with spoon coat hanger but it would not come out 🥴 then went to your bar to get a drink the toilets near bar are absolutely filthy 🥴I trusted your brand feel very let down 😱I stayed on 20th February 2024 for one night at a cost of £180.99 🥴Susan Kendall
