My complaint:
Room with no working TV or refrigerator I called front desk to complain they said maintenance will come they never did I called back 2 hours later they did said all rooms had the same problem which was truly a bold lie and was told I couldn’t switch rooms that all rooms was booked so at check out I told front desk can I receive refund or something flat out no , it was the most horrible stay in a motelhotel experience ive
Suggested solution:
Full refund for the freeze charge ,the room and my deposit.
