My complaint:
I was checking out after two days and I only got a part of my deposit back cause towels were drity plus I was shown a picture of some random towel not even sure it was mine . I couldn’t contest it which wasn’t fare and the secerty was very rude and unprofessional
Suggested solution:
Just refund me my deposit
