My complaint:
So we made it to the hotel about 3 o’clock in the afternoon checked in shower did all that stuff and noticed that there was red and black ants all over our beds all over the floor the room smelled like old pussy and not only that while we were trying to sleep somebody at the front office or another guest Tried to come in our door at 2 AM and woke my family up and had a hard time sleeping. The rest of the night went to the front office and they told me that they would give me a full refund and told me that I need to get a hold of you guys .
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back this room and hotel is Ass
