My complaint:
I booked a flight to the US from Sydney, Australia and had to cancel it because of changed family commitments. I cancelled the booking well in advance and was assured in writing that I would receive a refund from the airline through Travel2Be (see image).
This was in August 2022. I have still not received any refund from this Travel2Be (aka TravelGenio), despite contacting them numerous times in writing and after receiving responses from their representatives stating that a refund was forthcoming.
Travel2Be policy states refunds will be processed within 72 days of ation.
Suggested solution:
Refund honoured ASAP, please.
