My complaint:
My complain is regarding the refund. I’ll book my flight from Dubai to Philippines Oct 20, 2021, but Nov 19, I received an email from the airline company for the flight changes which need to delay my flight from dec 9 to dec 15, which is not suitable for my schedule, so I don’t have any choice which is to cancel my flight and ask for refund last Nov 20, 2021. Until now I didn’t received the refund. As far as i know I paid extra money as an assurance that I can have a refund incase like this.
Suggested solution:
They should process my refund as soon as possible because its already 3 months since I file for refund.
