My complaint:
I have been more than 10 years TracFone customer; after year of e-mail about 4G requiring new devises. I took advantage and pay for a new devise flip phone DL 123. My old blackberry did have a lot minutes left and service until June 2022. After hour working on the phone, I did receive an email of a change but never something about my minutes. For days now, I have free to call my friends (only low tech friends); 611-611, they chad and told me to turn on and off; it did not work. Another day, today, after chat and call, that girl told me that I did consume all my minutes. I have not never successfully call and text anyone with the new device. Do they credit 611-611 calls or they did not transfer my remaining minutes from my old devices.
Suggested solution:
She said if they credit me my remaining minutes it will work. I do not know, with this new phone you do not see your minutes and services. I found also the global card $10 I was complaining about years ago on my accounts while operators can not see that record
