My complaint:
Talked with several support people on Sept. 21, 2020 trying to activate a new phone, during the time of so called help my account history and all previous data, minutes and texts were wiped clean, they only showed new info that came with new phone. I have tried to get old info restored and they say they cant help me. We are talking about 10 gig data, around 8000 minutes and appox. 9000 texts. They know I cant prove that I had this much because my entire record was wiped, but I do show that I have a service end date of 01192026. I did not get the end date like this with not having previous data.
Suggested solution:
They should check their server from 9-21-20 and know that I could not have used up my entire account before I talked with their techs.
