TracFone complaint: Deception

My complaint:

I wanted to port the number to a newer phone due to changes in technology. They assured me there would not be any issues and testing after port looked fine but then after I was without service for a full day I got in touch with them and over the course of another two full days without service they kept having me reboot and reset the phone and never once wrote a ticket or got more expert technician involved. Now on day 4 they tell me I will be without service ANOTHER THREE DAYS. Their ‘system’ is not up to date and tried to steal minutes I’d already paid for.

Suggested solution:

They should improve the transport process.
They should provide better training for the customer service.
They should improve website to match the lies they provide for “self help”
They should be more truthful about the time it takes.
They should expedite this situation and get it fixed.
