My complaint:

The phone was shut off with no notice. Bought a new phone because they said it no longer supported 2g. Numerous calls to customer service. I was told that there was no problem with the phone. Finally, someone ported my old minutes but did not give me the 1500 minutes or 1200.

Suggested solution:

I need the minutes added. I have spent about 6 hours trying to get my phone working. I was happy with the phone I had. There are many incompetent people who are unable to help me working for this company. I need help. The recording is not letting me speak with a live person.
