My complaint:

I had booked three tickets for the Blackpink concert, however, after putting all my details in, the website said that i was not able to get the tickets. I then booked two tickets for a different day and was able to get these tickets. I checked my email to see the ticket ation email and had seen i actually did receive the three tickets that i has originally bought. The website had said that I had not received the tickets even though I did. I tired to get a refund, however, the website does not do refunds and the tickets are not able for re-selling. I am extremely frustrated and angry as this happened due to the website’s error. I now just want the Ticketmaster to refund the tickets.

Suggested solution:

Refund my tickets and get my money back.
