My complaint:
I purchased 4 tickets to Andre Rieu at the Tacoma Dome for March 24, 2022. Order
45-49018SEA. I have emailed them many times asking for assistance. They offered a refund but when I requested it they said that I was not eligible.
I asked for assistance to sell the tickets on Ticketmaster. Again not for resale.
I am 79 years old. I wanted to attend this concert. Subsequently my doctor has scheduled appointments and my dentist has scheduled surgery.
I want to recover my cost of $396.00.
