My complaint:

First, I realize Vivid Seats is resale. My complaint is to ticketmaster because they allow them to sell from their website. I was charged for overnight shipping (I saw the explanation of this on Vivid and it is still crap). Overnight MEANS overnight to just about everyone on the face of the earth. Charged $20 per ticket for overnight and they won’t even be shipped until July. The only option on the tickets was overnight. After Ticketmaster being sued over invalid charges, I would think they would be more careful about this especially with resellers. It says something about the seller shipping when tickets are available to the seller. HOW CAN THEY BE ALLOWED TO SELL TICKETS THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE YET?? Cannot ever get a person on the phone number provided for Vivid.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund of every dime. This is deception if not straight up fraud. I wasn't even going to be here on the date of shipping in July. Now my plans have to change because of this deceptive practice.
