My complaint:
So I purchased tickets for a roger waters concert In Toronto. They postponed due to COVID then finally after a year they offered a refund
So my wife sent them the email asking for a refund and she followed all instructions as per there email. Then they sent her a message saying we can’t have a refund because we were past the due date
We sent all the proof that we have saved and they don’t care
Suggested solution:
They sound refund the money. I’m not going to the concert
