My complaint:
I requested a refund for the 2 tickets I purchased in February 2020. I also have 4 tickets that the show has been postponed since March 2020 without even the option of a refund. I received an email on the first 2 tickets purchased saying I would receive the refund in 7-10 business days but have yet to receive it. I want a refund for all 6 tickets! Ticketmaster has definitely taken advantage of their customers during the pandemic. I will be joining the class action lawsuit if this is not resolved immediately! Shame on them for doing this to their customers especially during the pandemic.

I want a check for a refund for all tickets purchased mailed to me!
